Project Description

Morgan McKinley is a global company in the recruitment industry. We have a relationship with the client for over 15 years, initially working on their first 1,000 sq ft office in Cork to the new corporate HQ in London in 2010 of 28,000 sq ft and more recently upgrading the Dublin (15,000 sq ft) and Cork (4,5000 sq ft) offices.

Corporate HQ in London set a new challenge working in the heart of London close to Convent Garden, Floor 7 of a listed building. It was a refit of an oil trading floor to an open plan office for 265 people, to include 22 client rooms and interview rooms, canteens and a main floor that held 165. We completed this project over 17 weeks using all our own staff on site to achieve an epic standard of finish and look not seen before in the recruitment business. To achieve the design brief, we used unusual finishes to bespoke joinery, partitions were created and finished in polished plaster with a shimmer of silver, floor coverings and glass wall partitions, visual graphics of cities of the world and a board room table of white corian. This was one of our proudest achievements.
